About The Program

Building a company is hard. There’s no syllabus to guide you, mid-terms to gauge your progress, or cram sessions the night before the final exam. Building a company takes continuous effort, prioritization, and conviction. Along the way, you might not know if you’re studying financial management or for a data structures exam. Sound crazy? It is, but you’re ready to dive into the deep end and learn to swim after.
At the end of the summer, with grit and self-motivation, you will be able to point to specific, high-impact solutions that did not exist in the world until you put them there.

Past Cohorts

Starting with our first cohort in 2015, we have supported the curious and daring in their attempt to build something meaningful from the ground up. Since that time, we have raised the bar for the program each year by accepting even more exceptional, diverse candidates. Past cohorts include students from top universities from across the country and beyond. Our dedication to continuous improvement of our approach and process has led to a better experience for our associates as well as better products.

Each year, we receive a very large number of applications. While we would like to accept all exceptional applicants, we limit the number of Startup Camp associates to provide the best opportunity for impact and learning during the summer. As you can see from our past cohorts, we have grown each year to our current size of 7 teams each cohort. We expect to accept a similar number this year depending on applicant pool.
